WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

The Accounts Receivable Representative (AR Rep) is a key position at our Corporate Headquarters in Reno, NV. You will be working in a team environment in a pod of cubicles with a bright view from the second floor of a modern, clean office. Our AR Rep processes and posts various types of transactions including invoices, preliminary notices, lien releases, and customer payments.

Reporting to our Accounting Manager, you’ll primarily work with the AR Lead, Accountants, Assistant Controller, and Controller. You also will work with the branch accounting teams in all of our Jensen Precast locations.

A highlight of your day-to-day will include:

• Process accounts receivable transactions.

• Maintain multiple group emails.

• Troubleshoot branch and customer inquiries.

• Monitor daily job values and communicate status to the leadership team.

• Perform administrative tasks in support of the accounting function.
