Position Summary
This position finishes concrete products based on routing and/or recommended repairs as needed to ensure desired quality control standards.
Principle Accountabilities
Maintains a clean, organized, safe work area at all times.
Repairs, grouts, seals, installs, or changes products based on production drawing and/or quality standards. Notifies supervisor when a specific product consistently needs rework.
Reads production drawings and recognizes whether the product meets quality standards. Reads routing to determine if additional operations are required. Modifies products from shop orders, i.e., coring, sealing, patching, painting, racking, etc. Utilizes a variety of sealants to seal concrete products where required.
Qualifications
Position Requirements
Preferred Experience: Between 1 and 2 years.
Ability to read and interpret production drawings.
Skilled with the use of tools and measurement devices.
