Position Summary
Jensen Precast is recruiting an Automation Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot and repair preliminary issues. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable of all forms of automated conveyance and will act as primary overseer for said systems.
Principle Accountabilities
Maintain automation systems, processes and automation concepts.
Troubleshoot and repair preliminary issues.
Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, and installation of equipment.
Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues involving mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and computerized systems.
Qualifications
Position Requirements
We are looking for that candidate with an orientation toward personal growth and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will possess demonstrated automation experience preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment. Other desired qualifications include:
3+ years of experience maintaining industrial equipment and automation.
AS/BS Degree in Industrial/Mechanical/Electrical Technology is preferred.
Advanced electrical background working on high voltage systems.
Skilled at troubleshooting electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Familiar with PLC Languages.
Strong communication skills and demonstrated teamwork skills.
Basic user level knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, ERP.
Experience working with a CMMS software.
Ability to read and interpret basic mechanical drawings and electrical schematics.
Some fabrication experience.
